Yamaha R1 2015-2024 Large superbike-kit radiator

The cooling water temperature will drop approximately -18 degrees on hot track days. This kit is also suitable for fast IDM riders. As an indication, I was there in the summer with an outside temperature: 30 degrees at Mugello, drove 1:59 with the cooling water temperature being a maximum of 85 degrees during the race. The engine is equipped with Demi water with a bottle of Mocool and air tunnel for a better air supply to the radiators! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to inquire.

This kit contains:

• R1 Original thick radiator with 30mm. fin package consisting of high performance core for R1 model year 2015-2024 (WITHOUT fans!)
• This upper radiator is mounted in combination with Kevlar air tunnel for better efficiency and air flow to the radiator.
• R1 Thick oil point radiator with 30mm. slat package consisting of high performance core for R1 model year 2015-2024
• R1 Samco Bypass kit in the color Blue including Samco clamps, model year 2015-2024

*We have equipped the water radiator with better quality fins with larger holes for better cooling. This one is 30mm. thick and provides clearly more flow and better cooling.
*The water radiator is supplied with a 2.0 bar radiator cap and stainless steel racing mesh guard as standard.
*The additional oilradiator is significantly larger than the rectangular original one. Also 30mm. thick (compared to the original which is 22mm.) and of good quality and fitted with stainless steel racing mesh as standard..
*We supply these radiators with a 1-year warranty.
*The original oil lines can easily be connected to the point radiator, which is supplied with a mounting bracket that is attached to the bottom.
*The set is completed with the Samco By-pass Silicone hose set, which does not require the thermostat. This ensures a better flow of the cooling water. The thermostat is therefore omitted and on cold days it is necessary to cover the upper radiator with duct tape.
